Strawberry Bliss Balls

Strawberry Bliss Balls

Life on the go made blissful; these Strawberry Bliss Balls are so easy to make and way too easy to munch on! Ideal for the lunchbox or as an after-gym pick me up.

  • 200 g Queensland Strawberries (hulled)
  • 1 tbsp Strawberry Syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup Desiccated Coconut (plus a little extra for rolling)
  • ¾ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Nut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Large pinch of Salt
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (or chopped Toasted Nuts)
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture comes together.
  3. If the mix is too sticky add a little more desiccated coconut.
  4. Roll into balls and coat in coconut.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • You can make these balls with oven-dried strawberries which have a more intense flavour and a slightly chewy texture
  • Try one of the other nut butters like pistachio or almond as a fresh change from peanut butter
