INGREDIENTS
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons chopped
coriander
1 jalapeno deseeded
and chopped
1 tablespoon finely
grated lime zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic
powder
METHOD
1. Place the sour
cream, coriander,
jalapeño, lime zest
and juice, salt and
garlic powder in
the bowl of a small
food processor
and process until
combined.
2. Serve with fresh
cooked prawns
