Easy Rigatoni Marinara – with Australian made Pasta Roma

1 packet Pasta Roma
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 large garlic cloves
1 large onion, diced
750 grams Marinara mix
1/2 cup (125ml) dry white wine
Salt and pepper to season
Parmesan cheese
Optional – 1 handful flat-leaf parsley leaves , chili flakes, Juice of 1 lemon
In a large saucepan, fry onion and garlic in the oil
Add mussels, salmon and calamari and cook for roughly 3 minutes.
Add prawns and stir everything together, allowing to cook for a further 2 minutes
Pour in the wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
Allow to simmer for a further 3 minutes, or until the prawns change in colour
Add in the parsley and take off heat.
Pour in the marina mix over the pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Squeeze over a little extra lemon juice and sprinkle with remaining parsley
